Stucco pricing depends on more than the visible finish. Share the specified wall assembly, substrate, system details, accessories and selected finish. Drawings and specifications help establish which components belong in the proposal.
Preparation and installation details
Include details around windows, doors, penetrations, transitions and movement joints. Water management and flashing interfaces must be addressed in the project documents. Missing details should be resolved before the final scope and price are agreed.
Residential and commercial project review
For a home or remodel, send the project location, elevations and photos of existing conditions. For commercial work, include current plans, specifications, addenda, insurance requirements and the bid deadline. Access, scaffolding and schedule also affect the work.
EIFS and manufacturer requirements
